Stop Worrying about the loss and focus on the lesson learned.



The majority of people, myself included, dwell on past events, mistakes, and failures. But is it healthy to dwell on the past? I don't believe it is. First of all you can't change it. Dwelling on the past can hold you back in life and business, hurt your present, and in some cases ruin your future.


You should allow yourself a small bit of time to process what happened and how you could have made a different decision and then move on. If you dwell on the past too long, you'll miss out on potential opportunities that are out there waiting for you. Sometimes doors are closed for a reason so that you can open a new one.
